on the drive with kenny jones – we discussed doritos: a brand of flavored tortilla chips produced since 1966 by the american food company frito-lay (a division of pepsico, inc.). doritos are sold in many countries worldwide in assorted flavors….but i’ll be damned if i could find one in the kingdom of jordan. i hit 4 different grocery stores in the greater amman area and had no luck finding a proper bag of doritos – of any flavor!
no nacho cheese – no sweet chilli pepper – no cool ranch – not a one! where have the doritos gone? how can we be expected to go on with out that cheesy triangular goodness?? could this be the end of times???
fotunately, when problems arise – the drive contigent is always quick to answer the call. here how the kenny jones disciples spring into action to once again save the day…

crisis averted! the drive faithful was able to stop the great dorito shortage of 2009 before it ever really got started. so go ahead amman – snack strong!
thanks again gang – you are the best. you can all rest easy tonight – knowing that i was able to polishing off an entire bag of nacho cheese doritos…right before dinner!
