on the drive with kenny jones – i explained a mishap that happened to me at breakfast time.  i’m not sure who’s to blame.  me – for my lack of sleep due to the drilling that is going on in the pit next to my house.  or the folks from teeba – for their poor product labeling.

i was given a rude awakening when i attempted to put shaneinah on my lucky charms this morning.  here’s what happened when the drive contingent heard the story…

and would somebody explain to me why the hell they put it in the dairy case right next to the milk?!?!  needless to say it is a mistake i will never make again.

i vow to never defile my lucky charms (or any  other cereal for that matter) ever again with vile liquid they call, shaneinah!

i cringe just thinkin’ about the stuff!

they say that it’s good for you. and there are health benefits of drinking it.  but i’ll have to take their word for it, cuz it will never touch my lips ever again.

i do dig on a tall, delicious glass of ice cold milk!  it maybe one of my favorite drinks of all-time.  remember, milk it does the body good!
